By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We use a single account system across the Website and our iOS/Android mobile applications. Your account information and settings may be used across interfaces to provide consistent access.

Registration: You may register via email or Google OAuth.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Security Measures: We may require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or other security measures to protect the platform.

The Service is a software tool that provides:

• Analytics and observation of trading systems/bots.
• Optional automation that, by your explicit consent and configuration, may automate trading activity on your connected exchange account via API.

You acknowledge that trade execution depends on third-party exchanges, APIs, blockchain networks, and market liquidity, which are outside our control.

Connection: You may connect supported exchange accounts (e.g., Bybit).

Permissions: You agree to provide API keys only with “Read” and “Trade” permissions. You must never enable “Withdrawal” permissions.

Security: We store API keys using encryption. You remain responsible for safeguarding your API keys on your side.

Right to Remove: You may delete your API keys from the Service at any time.

Payment Method: Access to paid features is purchased via our web platform using USDT (TRC20) or other supported cryptocurrencies (if any are offered in the Service).

Activation: Access is granted once the blockchain transaction is confirmed (typically 1–3 network confirmations).

NO REFUNDS: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. Subscription fees and one-time payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you participate in a Trading Pool program offered in the Service:

Lockup Period: Your principal amount may be subject to a lockup period (e.g., 1 year), as specified in the relevant offer.

Early Cancellation & Penalties: If early cancellation is allowed by the offer, a penalty may apply to cover marketing, commission, and technical costs. Depending on the cancellation timing, you may receive 70% to 100% of the principal amount.

Structure: Referral rewards apply only to the first 3 levels of your network.

Eligibility: Quarterly rewards for active users are subject to volume or activity requirements shown in the Service.

Anti-Fraud: Self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation are prohibited. We may withhold rewards and suspend accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.

NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR: We are a software provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

TRADING RISKS: Crypto trading involves extreme risk. You may lose all of your funds. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

SOFTWARE RISKS: Trading bots involve risks such as bugs, API latency, exchange downtime, or connectivity issues, which may result in failed trades or losses.

USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and configuration. We do not accept responsibility for losses.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service’s source code or algorithms.
• Overload our infrastructure (DDoS) or use automated scrapers.

The Service, including its algorithms, interfaces, and code, is owned by PT TRADE CAFE AILABS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use.

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted via support ticket.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (including fraud, prohibited use, or abuse).

Your use of the Service is governed by our Website Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PT TRADE CAFE AILABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including exchange terms).

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to blockchain network congestion, stablecoin de-pegging, exchange insolvency or hacks, acts of God, or war.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Bali, Indonesia.

The Service may be available in English, Turkish, and Russian. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
